Refund policy

To arrange a return, please contact our online customer service or send an email to support@elecevolve.com. We only accept returns for unopened kits and products within 30 days of receipt (or within 30 days of shipment for international orders). This policy applies to both individual items from the kit and the complete kit. Any returns requested after 30 days will only be accepted with prior approval.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will also notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
